First Blog Post
Yay first blog post on the new site! What can I blog about? Well, we have been playtesting /a lot/. I am wowed by the amount of friends who are willing to help you out when you ask them to randomly play a system you have been going on and on about for ages. I kind of expected more people to be like, ‘Liz, you never shut up about this thing, it is like we have played it for years… hell no we are not playing it!’
I guess it just shows how awesome my friends are! Playtesting has been overall a very cool experience for me, seeing how people react to the system and also what I need to change and improve to make sure the dice support rather than hinder the roleplay. I have also had some pretty funny comments and there were many lols to be had! In a following blog post I am for sure going to make a ‘Words of play-testing Wisdom by Joost’, Joost is a good friend of mine and things are always very… colourful when he comes to play test!
Well, that is all for now. I leave you with a pic! This is how we playtest WITCH style… namely with our bichon frise (called Leia Organa) familiar in our arms for extra comfort :).
